Prop List:
- 2 blocks (or stacks of books), oriented halfway down each side of the mat and off to the side for easy access
- one set of light to medium weights (3-5lb, or cans of soup / beans / etc.), oriented at the top of the mat
**OPTIONAL** one set of heavier weights (i.e. 8lb or 10lb). This is not necessary, but can be used for the portion of the floor series devoted to bicep curls. also to be oriented towards top of mat.
