This 35-minute blended vinyasa and restorative practice offers you the chance to briefly move energy through the body and eventually rest in supported poses. If you are new to restorative yoga this is a great practice for becoming familiar with its stillness and propped poses. It is also a great practice for anyone who wants a bit of brief movement before relaxation. For the practice, you'll want 3 blankets, 1 bolster (or a bed pillow), and 2 yoga blocks. Socks are also recommended to keep your feet warm.
